Magpies has more going on this month than you can shake a stick at. First up…

>>>First Friday Tasting<<<

We’ll be sharing our new SuperDeluxe Flavors of the month for your sampling this Friday, October 7, from 5pm-7pm at our shop on Central. Come, try, get a free milk shot from Cruze Farm Dairy, and don’t forget to vote for your favorite flavor!

Our SuperDeluxe Flavors for October are:

>>>Here’s Where the Hiking Comes In<<<

CureSearch

Brad Burleson is hiking the Appalachian Trail to benefit CureSearch, children’s cancer research. He’s going to hike 28.3 miles on one day, across the Appalachian Mountains, to raise money for this important cause. He’ll join us for our First Friday with a table for donations (and all of Magpies tips will go into his jar).

Our Small Hall Gallery is one of the best spaces in town to catch new art. This month, we get to enjoy new works by Diana Rogers. Come view throughout October!

>>>Halloween Treat<<<

It’s one of the best holidays around…Halloween. Dress up in a costume, as goofy or as spooky as you like, walk around and get candy. What’s not to like? Come by on Saturday, the 29th, dressed in costume and we’ll thank you with a halloween treat! No tricks!
